my doctor prescribed galact powder to increase my breast milk..is it ok..or any side effects

No problem It's helpful to increase milk secretion. u can take anything which u like except extreme spicy and extreme sweet food items Take proper balanced diet You should require 550 kcal more than normal non lactating mother Hence take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Eat all green vegetables in diet Drink plenty of water

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
