paracetamol can be given at a minimum time interval of 6 hrs or you can say four times in a day . if in between still fever comes than do cold sponging of the whole body..... Don't give any other medicine for fever at this age .. .

hi good evening. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times in a day. that is 6 hourly. but give in prescribed dosages only. also cold sponging will help in taking temperature down. if fever is persistent despite medications it's better to consult with your doctor again

If fever is more then 102degree Fahrenheit you may give tepid sponging with tap water 
avoid cold water for tepid sponging
