My daughter who is 9 years old is doing swimming and getting tan, which sunscreen i should use for her face and body?

Cetaphil you can use this is SPF 50 and it’s good so you can use that about half an hour before your child goes into water apart from that after that whenever you giving a bath to the child try using this combination where you can take some Malai some wheat and some turmeric into that and apply on the body leave it for 5 to 7 minutes and gently scrub it off
