my daughter sleeps throughout the day and wakesup at 4am . what do i do to change this pattern. i have a 2 year old daughter to take care of. i look after my daughters alone. im not getting enough sleep.

A. Begin to develop a bedtime routine playing a quiet game. giving them a bath. changing them into their pyjamas. reading a bedtime story. singing a lullaby. giving them a calming massage. kissing them goodnight.
