my daughter says her tummy is paining, every morning The first thing she wakes up. Today in school it was paining and then it stopped and now again in the evening it is paining. What is the reason.

A. Tummy pain usually happens due to constipation gas related issue and sometimes it could be due to indigestion and infection as well so your child has been on and of constantly complaining about it please get it evaluated with your doctor one time
