my daughter saying that she is having stomach ache not eating anything from last 24 hours only drinking water and vomiting done by her 2 times ...and telling dryness about her mouth. what should I do?

There could be a possibility of stomach infection and probably which is why this may be happening and if the vomiting is also happening it could be more than indigestion or stomach infection so it is best to have an assessment with your period and medicines would be required for your child
