my daughter's hair is falling? is it normal for 3 year old baby?

A. Absolutely not hair fall is not a total normal specially at such a small age so it could either be due to deficiency of iron which is very common with kids these days or sometimes it could be due to some fungal infection as well so be sure about it I get it checked with a dermatologist ones
