Q.
#asktheexpert My daughter keeps getting cold every now and then. We do not keep her in AC for long, she baths with lukewarm water. We do not want to give her medicines every now and then (we give nasal plain saline by doctor) but are looking for ways to increase her immunity amd natural remedies.Any suggestions? Thank you

Zincovit is a good supplement you can give it for three months other than that you should give all basic home-made food to the child and include more of dairy products and avoid switching of temperature taking a child out in Southern Switch from cold to warm or something and also get your child tested for some allergy
