A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can sgfytart saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the specech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Here are some ways you can encourage your toddler's speech: Talk directly to your toddler, even if just to narrate what you're doing. Use gestures and point to objects as you say the corresponding words. ... Read to your toddler. ... Sing simple songs that are easy to repeat. Give your full attention when talking to them.
