my daughter is now 1 year six months ,from last 2-3 months i m having tremendous hairfall. i m on hormonal pills from last 4-5 months now..what should i do for the hairfall.plz help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. oi v cxHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

it happens because of hormonal changes
so , please take Healthy and nutritious diet which will help to balance your hormonal level.
keep your self well hydrated
apply pure coconut oil on your hair.
instead of using harsh shampoo,use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair.
