my daughter is having skin problems, she is continuously rubbing her hands on both eyes as well as on the back side of head

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child f4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apxply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
