my daughter is always rubbing her ears what should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the i itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it.
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
