A. To increase her weight safely, focus on "nutrient density"—adding healthy fats to every meal: Healthy Fats: Mix a teaspoon of olive oil, melted butter, or ghee into her purees and porridges. Protein & Fat: Offer mashed avocado, full-fat Greek yogurt, or well-cooked eggs. Nut Butters: Stir a small amount of smooth peanut or almond butter into oatmeal (ensure there is no allergy). Starchy Veggies: Swap watery vegetables for sweet potatoes, bananas, or mashed peas. Milk: Continue frequent breastfeeding or formula sessions, as these remain her primary calorie source. Would you like a sample 3-day meal plan for a baby her age?
