my daughter is 6 year 4 month old nd her weight is 27 kg , it increases suddenly in 1 year, what should I do ? is this normal

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Observe her dietary intake and also physcial activity as such also , avoid outside and packaged and processed foods as such , and involve the child in some form of physical activity.
