my daughter is 5years 7 months old she is suffering from fever what to do I gave her medicine but it doesn't help

If the medicines are not helping then you may need to consult your Pediatrician once and apart from that also I would recommend you do cold sponging that usually helps a lot introducing down the temperature that child has so that’s one thing and consulting the doctor is important now
