My daughter is 5years old. she is suffering from tonsils she has cough and fever too. please suggest some medicine for tonsils

will require pediatrician examination to ascertain cause whether it's viral or bacterial infection or allergic cause of cough and cold.e
for running nose / cold / mucus can syp (maxtra / relent cold / wikoryl af) 5 ml twice daily.
for cough can give syp asthalin 5ml twice daily .
nasal saline ddrops for nasal blockage and voice change.
paracetamol for fever.
home remedies like turmeric with milk and tulsi ginger honey.
