My daughter is 5months + n she is hvg severe cold. I m giving her sinarest 5dropsvin morning n evening each but still it's not reducing.plz suggest

A. it is ok for now .Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
