my daughter is 5 yrs and 5 months old,she had vomiting problem then loose motion starts then also had fever. Now loose motion after two days and severe problem of gastric. Please suggest

Liquid motions are mainly infection And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then emset can be given for that . Also avoid milk for some days as it is not digested well
