Siri height of the child varies from child to child as the genes in genetics or different but if it is less as per average standard height as per WHO standards also then in that case I would advise you to have a full physical evaluation with your doctor because without that we cannot be sure what’s the problem and what all things are needed to be started with like in terms of supplements or any other medication if required
