My daughter is 3 years two months old. She understands everything but doesn't speak words or any sentences

A. consult developmental pediatrician and speech therapy is required Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay
