ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician6 years agoA. I would suggest you to aviud these types of medications for your child without consulting a doctor so I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician to have a detailed physical examination of your child and relevant treatment accordingly if needed

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children6 years agoA. since ever baby is more than two years if she is having any pain abdomen you can give colimex DF syrup the ingredients are only e Dil oil and fennel oil you can give 2.5 ml 2 to 3 times a day
