A. Hi mom Maintain hydration Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Make meal time fun with toys Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
