I m 34 years old. weight is 50.8 kg I need a diet chart to increase my weight

A. Hello ideal weight depend upon the height of a person and not the age So if u above 5’2 aur above then 50kg weight is little less but still depends upon your height For healthy weight gain go for small and frequent meals Include more proteins in your diet Add dry fruits , makhana, peanuts in the diet Use ragi, oats aata in routine diet Reduce the intake of bakery products, chips, junk, suagr and sugary drinks Include 3-4 katori of fresh green vegetables

A. hi to increase your weight,it is best to take multi grain food, fresh fruit,nuts , pulses, dairy products etc more. keep your body well hydrated. you can take soaked grams daily in morning in small bowl quantity.
