My daughter is 2 years old and had pimples on her cheeks for the past 20 days. I don’t use soap or cream on her face. What should i do?

A. Then it is going to settle down on its own only but if it has been there for 20 days maybe it is due to some blood I’m purification or something please get it checked with your doctor and they’ll help you with some medication or cream if you can apply on that area
