A. pimples are very common in the face of the baby because of maternal hormones generally they will disappear on their own no need of any medicines you can use any baby soap

A. baby getting rashes in cheeks appearing some time rashes appears and disappear on it own with out any attention maintain hygiene you can use Babyhug baby skin care products as soap cream lotion
