My daughter is 14 months old. What should I give her to eat to ensure she maintains a healthy hemoglobin level and receives adequate calcium?

A. Namaste Mom Her diet should consist from usual family foods now , for hb levels, green leafy vegetables , legumes such as chana, rajma etc nuts and seeds, dry fruits such as dates , apricots etc

A. Hello mama if u are giving all that u cook for ur family then the baby Is already getting sufficient nutrients. Apple , pomegranate, palak ,brinjal, dates ,raisins etc are rich iron. milk and milk products, sesame seeds , almonds are rich in calcium
