Q.

my daughter is 14 and 6 months old her height is not increasing as required. she is now 150cm only and her periods are started at the age of 10. is there any way or possibility to increase her height. please suggest

A. Having periods too early which has become a banger into the height of your child so currently I know the height increase puberty but it gets very slow looking at the age of your child if you are interested put your child into swimming or any good activity like to make physical activities which are intense which will help in overall development growth and weight gain of your child
