Q.
My daughter is 13months old. If the vaccination card is lost, what can be done? I have all the previous vaccine dates recorded but can’t find the card where the doctor’s sign and previous vaccine stickers were present.

The next time as and when there is a requirement. Alternatively, you can check with the consulting paediatrician who has been giving your child all the vaccinations till date to give another copy of the same. Maybe you’ll be charged a little extra for that.
