my daughter is 13 months old. she understands everything ehat i say. shout a lot. respond yo her name. say ba ba sound. but don't speak words like mumma papa. is it okay

A. hello yes it is normal n most baby will be able to speak sentences with two to 3 words by age 2 n can also be delayed in some kids n encourage the child n give it opportunity to speak
