A. addd chhas or juices. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Add dry fruit powder to enhance the taste and nutrition of plain milk and make it colorful as well.
