RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can apply evion vitamin E cream seems like it is because of dryness apply it 3 to 4 times in the day as a time it will start subsiding you will see that the market is going to start vanishing if it does not help you then kindly consult your doctor
