they will persistt for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity theen you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
