My daughter have 6 teeth(4upper,2 lower) in 10'th month ,now she is 17 months till she has only 6 teeth,why?

A. hello mam it is a natural process and it varies from kid kid eventually all the 20 milk teeth should come with by the age of 2.5 to 3 years. . . .
