my daughter has rashes onher face,hands with red color,by applying rash cream rashes are deminished but it spreading.Give solution for this?

A. some rashes redness will appear and disappear on it own with out any attention maintain hygiene you can use lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste on rashes use Babyhug baby skin care products
