My daughter Hafsa samin is 7 month old suffering from diaper rashes in her vagina area it's totally red in front area so pls recommend ointment which will recover fast and can I put diaper after cleaning that area with water and Dettol with cotton plz help

do not rub hard while cleaning..
u can use sofirash cream, or b4nappy rash cream.
guve her lots of doaper free time.
