First go to paediatric…. I used several diaper rash cream for my baby but my search ends to aquaphore healing ointment… bestest rash cream .. just go for that blindly

Really I don’t see these rash creams working so best is to use Boroline septic cream but in the current situation with the picture that you have posted it is looking more or less like a fungal infection so I would recommend you to your candidate be ointment into this area and keep it dry do not use diapers prefer using cotton nappies or loose cotton underwear
