Q.

my daughter don't want to eat from last 3-4days she vomitted whatever she ate so plz tell y why this happened

A. hi it looks like she has indigestion problem so please don't force feed or overfeed your child. give her more liquids like soup , coconut water, ajwain seeds water etc give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more avoid giving heavy food items. give food in small bites.
