#my daughter don't eat .she is always irritated .she always wants to eat chips ,gems chocolate.

A. start some appetisers and iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. stop giving packed food for few days. try to have meals together

A. Hello dear parent! Such foods are high in sugars and calories but no nutrition. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin deficiency.
