it depends on how deep or severe is internal injuries.. continue with cold fomentation. 
watch for swelling... vommiting,...nose, ear, mouth bleeding, unconsciousness, conversation for next 24 hour..if so than rush to doctor..
Keep feeding well.be causion.
Give cold fomentation at affected area to ease pain.

see to that if your baby is active and healthy then it should be ok,else if you find any symptoms like vomit or swelling or sleeping for very long duration, crying and if baby is cranky then it's good to check with your doctor without delay to avoid problems.
