Would not recommend such tablets , instead do have patients, your body has undergone and is undergoing a massive change.
THese such products give temporary solution but with their own set of health concerns as well.
You may best maintain a healthy diet routine but dont restrict much as that would hamper the quality of your feed as well.
start with some excercises, depending on your recovery
