my daughter 15 months old baby she have a lower central incisor two teeth only there is upper incisor teeth but now she had a frist upper molar teeth is it ok

Yes It is completely okay because there is no fixed pattern as in what part of the teeth are going to come so it’s completely fine as of now still if you’ve any kind of a doubt then you can definitely get it checked with a child dentist once you’ll be able to advise you correctly on this
