hi my 8month baby having first tooth lower two central incisors, next upper right one central incisor and right lateral incisor formed. is there anything problem?

A. Hi. yes there is no problem..don't worry.. kids can show change in eruption pattern of teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
