My child refuses to eat any kind of fruits. I have tried giving him everything possible but he just refuses to eat fruits. Though he eats his meals but no fruits at all. What should I do to make him eat fruits?

A. Hello mom not to worry it is all about exposure and preferences been developed on the early age . So you can try out different forms and ways to make him like and consume it . But remember not to force him to eat. As he is getting old enough try to educate him about important of fruits , if you have a fruit plant of tree show him let him take care of it. Make fruit milk shakes or fruit yogurt, custard , popsicles , juices etc
