Q.

my child is vomitting alot even she cant swallow water ? is it bcoz o hyperacidity ? if yes pls help any med or home remedy

A. might be due to acidity. .you can guve your child tab lanzol junior empty stomach. give lots of fluids to dtink. feed simple non spicy food. o k
