my child is vomiting 3 to 4 times a day. is it normal

A. Who absolutely could be more than that also but do not get scared of be frightened and it is normal for a child to vomit like this because they suffered with an issue of stomach reflux and that is why they vomit after every feed also and even after burping they can vomit
