My child is throwing up since this morning and also passed motion (lemon yellow color) for 5 times. is this normal in a 1 month and 20 days old baby??? please suggest

A. All these things are completely normal for the age of your child so no worries at all as of now if your child is having a loose motion that case you can consult your doctor but if it is a normal motion that it’s not a problem and for vomiting I would recommend you to feed your child on demand
