Q.
my child is getting a small small pimples on neck,face and back what will be the reason and what kind of treatment I need to take and she is not itching that pimples?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. It might be due to heat in the body do try giving more liquids to the child and give coconut water chaas nimbu paani and even gulkand can be added to water as it provides cooling effect to the body
