my child is 4 year old. he have high coughing during when wake up and also during evening. In day time coughing is low. today he have fever also. suggest me something

A. hi.. .gi e him nebuluzation and you may gu e syp crocin for fever snd syp septilin fir tine being. for furtver it is good to visit your local doctor
