my child is 3 half years and speaking except for few words.He is also not making eye contact and is very active.He is single child and remains mostly alone in the house

Not making an eye contact is actually a red flag for a small child because in this it gets a so prompt that they will instantly respond and make an eye contact so currently I’m just going to advise you that you please get it check with a child psychologist and proceed with what they have to suggest you for
