My 2 years son is not speaking combined words only he was speaking single words is it normal

Till now babies start making sentences. But if baby hasn’t started speaking well then you should take some efforts like while talking to your baby use more and more words. Don’t give anything to your baby till baby doesn’t speak. Ask baby to speak and take. Still doesn’t start speaking then join speech therapy.
